Millwork Specialist
You'll work First Shift, Monday-Friday with some Saturdays. Must be a High School Graduate or Equivalent.
Responsibilities:
Finishing Department
-
Inspect and Prepare product for staining or painting
-
Stain product by hand wiping method or through spray line/booth
-
Wrap, Label, and Load product for delivery
Milling Department
-
Receive and Record lumber
-
Rip to size specifications
-
Mould product according to work order
-
Machine set up, operation, and maintenance
Wages determined at time of hire.
A HIGH STANDARD
OF INTEGRITY?
Abilities and Skills:
-
Use and read a tape measure.
-
Perform math calculations that include fractions and decimals
-
Analyze problems and make sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, implications, and costs.

Strong communication skills: written, oral, and listening
-
Adhere to procedures and safety policies.

Quality conscious
Skills that would be a plus:
-
Construction, carpentry, millwork, or finishing knowledge
-
Experience with hand and power tools or commercial woodworking machinery
